The exercises on this program are designed for anyone who has felt like stiffness, tightness, or a general feeling of being immobile have caused them to feel like they can’t maximize their athletic potential. We’ve made it so that ANYONE (athletes, busy parents, recreational sports enthusiasts, etc) who wants a full body mobility program that will allow them to move and feel better will find benefit!
Make sure you have already been cleared by their surgeon and/or physio to return to unrestricted gym participation (strength training, plyometrics, mobility/range of motion, single leg stability)
